Dmitrii Sheinkman

Dmitrii Sheinkman is a Spanish residence permit expert, a tax adviser (Asesor Fiscal) and a Colaborador social de la Agencia Tributaria. He is a co-founder of Relotus Relocation in Valencia, a company that guides relocation to Spain: from the first residence permit to renewal, permanent residence and citizenship.

Spanish residence permits

Dmitrii handles client cases under the main Spanish residence routes: the digital nomad visa, the startup visa, modification to cuenta propia, family member permits and renewals. He assesses the chances before filing, chooses the route and the strategy, and coordinates the whole case, from the first consultation to the TIE card. For the client he is the main point of contact.

The Relotus team includes lawyers, tax advisers and gestores. Dmitrii Sheinkman’s partner at the company is immigration lawyer Irina Firsova. Since 2024 Relotus has obtained more than 100 residence permit approvals for clients; decisions by Spanish authorities are collected in the registry of approvals.

Taxes when moving to Spain

As a tax adviser, Dmitrii handles the tax side of the move: tax residence, the Beckham regime, reporting after the move, and choosing how to work in Spain — as an autónomo or through an SL. Planning starts before the move, together with the choice of residence route: it determines how and where income and capital will be taxed.
