Dmitry Sheynkman

Tax adviser and co-founder of Relotus Relocation. Trained as an Asesor Fiscal (tax adviser) at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR). Member of ATA, the Spanish national federation of self-employed workers’ associations.

Graduated in 2013 from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in world economy and foreign trade. Has lived in Spain since 2021: moved on a startup visa and went through the whole process himself, from filing the application to receiving the residence card.

Handles the tax side of client cases: tax residence, the Beckham regime, reporting after the move and choosing how to operate in Spain. Coordinates each case as a whole, from the first consultation to renewal. Regularly hosts in-person meetups in Valencia on taxation and relocation.
