About refusals, honestly. If the visa is not approved, you get nothing. We do not soften that point. But over the past year we have had approvals in 90% of cases — because we do not take on cases that are lost from the start. If your client does not qualify, we will say so straight away, not after they have paid.

Will you poach my client?

No. We do relocation, you do your own work. We do not offer your services to your clients and we do not go beyond the task you referred them for. Across 18 partners there has never been a single conflict — otherwise nobody would work with us twice.

What if the client comes to you directly a year later?

They stay assigned to you indefinitely. If they come back on their own, a year later, for a different service — the commission is yours. We can see who referred them, and we do not pretend to forget.

How will I know the deal actually happened?

You are in the conversation for every client you refer. You see what stage they are at, when they paid, when we filed. We have nothing to hide — we pay a percentage, we do not look for ways out of it.

Do I need to understand visas to refer someone?

No. “This person wants to move to Spain, works remotely” is enough. We ask the rest of the questions. If you would rather explain things yourself, we will send you a deck and a client handout.

How long from referral to payment?

It depends on the client. Usually one to three weeks from the first conversation to payment. We transfer the commission once the payment arrives, regardless of how long the case takes to be reviewed.

How many clients do I need to refer to stay in the program?

There is no quota. One client a year is still a partnership. We do not drop anyone for being inactive.
