Why we do this

Moving to Spain is sold as a procedure: file the papers, collect the card. In reality people do not move for a card, they move for a life in which they have to pay taxes, open bank accounts and deal with government offices in a language they do not yet speak. The card is the first month. Everything else starts after it.

The team was put together for that second part: an immigration lawyer, a tax adviser and gestores. Not anonymous “partner lawyers”, not an agency that passes you down a chain — specific people whose credentials you can verify, named below on this page.

Three rules follow from that, and we hold to them.

We say no before you pay, not after

A case that is lost from the start costs the client months and money, and costs us a reputation worth more than any single fee.

We quote the price up front

It is published on the site. If the work goes beyond that scope, we will say so before we start, not in the invoice.

We answer the question you asked

No sales scripts, no “leave a request and our manager will contact you”. The person who knows the answer is the one who replies.

What we do

We take a client from the first consultation to the residence card, and after that through taxes, business and renewals.

Visas and residence permits

Digital nomad visa, startup visa, non-lucrative residence, family reunification, renewals.

Business

Registering an SL or as autónomo, legal support, gestor services.

Taxes

Beckham regime, tax residency, filings and reporting after the move.

Grants and subsidies

Finding Spanish and EU programs, preparing and filing applications.

Who handles your case

In Spain only a professional with official standing may represent a client before government authorities. Ours have it.

Irina Firsova, immigration lawyer
Irina Firsova
Immigration lawyer · Barcelona Bar Association No. 46.385

Working in international mobility since 2018. She went through immigration herself and knows the process from both sides. She handles legally complex cases, requests for further evidence and disputes with government authorities.

Dmitry Sheynkman, tax adviser
Dmitry Sheynkman
Tax adviser · case coordinator

In Spain since 2021 — moved on a startup visa and went through the whole process personally. Asesor Fiscal, International University of La Rioja (UNIR). Member of the Spanish national federation of self-employed associations (ATA). Your main point of contact throughout.

Gestores

They prepare and file documents with government authorities using an official digital signature — on your behalf, with no chain of intermediaries.

How we work

01
We assess the case

We look at the whole situation. If it does not qualify, we say so immediately, before you pay.

02
We sign an agreement

The price, the scope of support and the obligations of both sides are fixed in writing.

03
We collect the documents

You upload them, we check every one and tell you what needs redoing.

04
We file

The gestor files with a digital signature on your behalf.

05
We stay with the case

We handle requests for further evidence ourselves. Refiling is included in the service.

How we differ from intermediaries

  • Documents are prepared and filed by professionals with legal liability in Spain
  • Filing is official, through a digital signature
  • We handle requests for further evidence from the authorities ourselves
  • Refiling is included in the service
  • We work until there is a result and stay in touch afterwards

Honestly: the decision belongs to the government authority, the quality of the case belongs to us. No “100% approval” promises — nobody can make that promise.

Client reviews

People who went through the process with us tell it in their own words.
