Ten years is the general term, including for citizens of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. For citizens of Ibero-American countries, Portugal, Andorra, the Philippines and Equatorial Guinea it is two years; for the spouse of a Spanish citizen, one year.

The fee is fixed in the contract. If the work goes beyond it, we tell you before we start, not in the invoice.

Answering requests from the authorities is part of the service. If a refusal is caused by our mistake, we re-file at our own expense.
